Elegant dinner in a theatre-style restaurant in Tokyo

SUIGIAN is quietly nestled in the urban streets around Tokyo Station, and you are sure to have a rare experience here.

The first thing you see when you enter the restaurant is a magnificent Noh stage, making it truly worthy of being called a theater-style restaurant.

The restaurant has a modern and calm atmosphere that blends Japanese tradition with Western influences, creating an extraordinary space that will make your heart flutter just by being there. There is also a bar corner, making it the perfect place to enjoy a drink.

Meals are served in a seasonal kaiseki style, using ingredients from each season. The tableware used is also beautiful, making it a feast for both the tongue and the eyes. Although it was August, it was already autumn according to the old Japanese calendar, so we enjoyed dishes made with autumn ingredients.

The original cocktails are also creative and full of seasonal flavor, and I had the watermelon cocktail.

While you eat, you can enjoy traditional Japanese performing arts such as Noh and Japanese dance performed on the Noh stage. Today was Japanese dance day.
There are three performances a day, with a different piece each time, so if you’re staying at a normal hotel, you can enjoy about two performances during your meal.

The meal concludes with a seasonal dessert and fragrant matcha green tea.

The final performance was a fusion of tradition and the latest technology using projection mapping, a groundbreaking production that was breathtakingly beautiful.

Once the final performance is over, the lights in the venue are dimmed, creating a magical atmosphere.

There are approximately 40 seats, and it can accommodate around 70-80 people for a standing reception. This is a restaurant worth visiting to create special memories in Japan. Come experience the world of SUIGIAN.
